Ann Marie Carone of JobEXPO.com notes that the event is not just for people who are looking for a job in their field, but for people interested in making a career change. At the event and on JobEXPO.com, they can research companies and keep abreast of what’s happening in their industry (including salary information), as well as explore other career paths. Michael Machado, Director of Recruiting at Tri-State Financial/Provident Mutual, notes that JobEXPO streamlines the process of finding good people. JobEXPO provides the opportunity for him to meet candidates face to face.
